BambooHR is seeking a Technical Product Specialist (Add-Ons) in Utah for a hybrid role. You will guide prospects and existing customers to the right BambooHR add-on solutions, partnering with AEs and AEEs to win multi-product deals.

The role blends consultative selling with product expertise, focusing on Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Time Tracking to drive outcomes. Regular in-office days are required, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant SaaS sales or solutions consulting experience.
• Ability to articulate value of multiple products through demos and calls.
• Strong written and verbal communication throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Sell multi-product add-ons including Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Time Tracking.
• Partner with AEs and AEEs to close platform deals and upsell add-ons.
• Conduct expert-led product demonstrations translating knowledge into clear messaging.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate Salesforce forecasting across products.
