Job summary

BambooHR, based in Utah, seeks a Technical Product Specialist (Add-Ons) to guide prospects and existing customers toward the right BambooHR add-on solutions. You will team with AEs and AEEs to win complex, multi-product deals, delivering expert demonstrations and value-based selling.

In this hybrid role, you will handle pipeline management, proactive opportunity identification, and close collaboration with product and customer experience teams. Monday–Friday, in-office days required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Relevant Experience in sales, solutions consulting, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Collaborative Selling: Strong collaboration and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence without owning the full deal.
• Conveying Value: Ability to articulate the value of multiple products through demos, calls, and written follow-up.
• Excellent Communication: Ability to explain complex topics clearly via written and verbal communication.
• Superb Organizational Skills: Strong organization and prioritization in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
• Internal & External Multi-threading: Engage multiple stakeholders across a full pipeline of opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Multi-product add-on selling: Sell Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Time Tracking to prospects and existing BambooHR customers, aligning solutions to customer needs and goals.
• Specialist support in active deals: Partner with AEs and AEEs through discovery, demos, and deal execution to close platform deals and drive add-on upsell.
• Expert-led product demonstrations: Conduct demos translating product and industry knowledge into clear messaging.
• Proactive opportunity identification: Identify add-on opportunities within active deals and push to include them.
• Pipeline ownership and prioritization: Manage a revolving pipeline of specialist-supported opportunities across multiple products.
