Job summary

Confidential in Pittsburgh is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations within a SaaS/tech environment. You will handle AP/AR, GL reconciliations, and assist with month-end close, ensuring accurate revenue accounting and strong controls.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, hands-on NetSuite experience, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent analytical thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting month-end close processes is a plus.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices and manage payments.
• Post customer receipts and reconcile accounts.
• Perform account reconciliations including GL and bank accounts.
• Support month-end close activities and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy of financial data.
