Qualifications

• 1–3 years of direct accounting experience.
• Experience with AP, AR/customer receipts, GL reconciliations, and month-end support.
• Experience with invoice coding and purchasing cards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Run monthly Maxio revenue reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with tax schedules and filing.
• Post customer payments and manage purchasing card receipts.
• Contribute to monthly reporting package and ad hoc schedules.
• Support annual audit.
