Stand8 Technology Consulting is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in a growing SaaS environment. You will ensure accuracy of financial records, prepare statements, and coordinate with external auditors.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of US GAAP. This on-site position offers a competitive salary and opportunities to build scalable accounting processes with the CFO/Controller.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience in Software Development or SaaS is a plus.
• Previous corporate accounting team experience required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to manage large data sets.
• Ability to learn and utilize new systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Review general ledger for unusual transactions or variances.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain balance sheet schedules for key accounts.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules.
