Job summary

myKaarma is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to own the month-end close, financial reporting, and accounting team leadership within our rapidly growing SaaS environment. This hands-on leader will ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements while building processes, controls, and systems to support continued growth.

You will move between technical accounting, operations, team development, and cross-functional partnerships in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years of people management experience.
• Close ownership of full-cycle month-end close and financial statement preparation in a U.S. GAAP environment.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge under U.S. GAAP.
• SaaS or subscription-based revenue experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, Google Sheets, ERP experience (QuickBooks preferred).
• Experience with workflow automation and accounting systems.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional partnership.
