Job summary

The LaSalle Network is partnering with a global procurement analytics SaaS company to recruit an Account Manager in Chicago. You will manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, own renewals, upsells, cross-sells and contract negotiations, and coordinate with procurement leaders and executive stakeholders.

This hybrid role offers 1–2 days in the office, a strong compensation plan with base pay and first-year on-target earnings, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management.
• Proven success closing full-cycle sales.
• Strong understanding of procurement workflows and enterprise purchasing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts
• Own renewals, upsells, cross-sells and contract negotiations
• Develop relationships with procurement leaders and executive stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to expand customer partnerships
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver on customer commitments
• Support customer business reviews and commercial presentations
• Maintain account plans and Salesforce records
