Job summary

Singlewire Software, LLC is seeking an experienced SaaS Account Executive to drive sales within a multi-state territory. You will identify opportunities, demonstrate our software solutions, and close deals while building strong partner and customer relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of outside B2B selling, with a proven ability to meet monthly and quarterly targets in a fast-paced environment. Travel across the region will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 4+ years of outside selling in a B2B environment.
• Familiarity with fast-paced marketplace and ability to sell solutions within it.
• Knowledge of sales strategies like SPICED or MEDPICC.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for a SaaS Account Executive to join the Singlewire team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for selling our software solutions in a specific territory. This position could be located in Indiana or Ohio.

What You’ll Do

If you are a master at reading-between-the-lines, probing into and leveraging customer requirements and selling software solutions, you'll love the challenge of this position. You should be quick and flexible to flourish in our fast-paced environment. We are looking for that ideal individual that is motivated to drive results and enjoys meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals. The job responsibilities include:

• Prospect into net-new accounts to identify, qualify, and build a pipeline of opportunities within your territory
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial discovery to close
• Nurture relationships with current customers to identify add-on sales opportunities and additional use cases for Singlewire solutions
• Identify customer needs and challenges, and deliver a world-class, tailored product demonstration that speaks directly to them
• Work closely with channel partners to develop joint go-to-market plans that identify opportunities and drive pipeline and revenue
• Recruit new channel partners as needed to expand coverage and reach in the territory
• Attend and staff various local and national demand generation events throughout the year
• Adhere to Singlewire standards and procedures such as pricing approvals, monthly pipeline reviews, forecasts, and management of the CRM system

The Person We’re Looking For

You May Be Right for Us If You Have:

• A Bachelor's Degree and 4 plus years of outside selling experience in a business- to- business environment
• Familiarity with a fast-paced marketplace and a demonstrated ability to successfully sell solutions within it
• Familiarity with sales strategies like SPICED or MEDPICC
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Strong verbal communications and business acumen skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with customers, partners and other members of the Singlewire team
• Dedication to detail, organization, and productive time management
• Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a high level of partner and customer trust and confidence
• Ability to sell direct and also sell with and for a channel partner
• Ability to travel across the multi-state region and to customer/partner events as needed
• Professional personal appearance and work ethic
• Adequate home office space if located remotely from the Madison Singlewire office

Other Skills That Will Make You Stand Out

• Knowledge of Notification as a business solution
• Experience selling into K-12, healthcare, higher education, or state/local government markets
• Existing relationships within the IT/AV/Security channels - VARs, systems integrators, and other reseller partners - in the Indiana/Ohio region
• Experience selling through Cisco and Cisco resellers is a strong plus
• Experience with Cisco Unified Communications or other unified communications platforms
