Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Materials Management Lead to drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation in the PT business, focusing on inventory management and planning within a global context.

You will partner with ISC, manufacturing planning, and IT to design and validate solutions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Honeywell's operating model. Hybrid work schedule across multiple US locations is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain within manufacturing.
• Strong SAP ERP knowledge in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and material planning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary business and process translator for a S4 HANA project converting operational and planning requirements into standardized, scalable SAP S4 HANA solutions.
• Provide inventory management and planning expertise to guide system design decisions, exception handling, and execution models across global PT operations.
• Lead the configuration and validation of inventory requirements supporting process designs with ISC manufacturing planning and production stakeholders.
• Drive process simplification and global standardization, ensure alignment with one Honeywell operating model.
• Collaborate with process owners, functional leads, and IT to gather requirements, assess gaps, and implement system enhancements.
• Validate user stories and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy and business outcomes.
• Proactively identify gaps, mitigate risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
