Job summary

INVISTA is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Source-to-Pay team, driving continuous improvement for Procure to Pay processes and supporting data-driven, streamlined operations across global systems.

You will collaborate with business partners and technical teams to design, test, implement, and support Source-to-Pay solutions, ensuring reliable performance and alignment with regulatory requirements. This role emphasizes agile, cross-functional collaboration and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience turning business needs into actionable requirements.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems or procurement technologies.
• Experience documenting requirements and translating them into solutions.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to deliver solutions.
• Experience testing system enhancements and supporting deployments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business challenges and requirements to identify solutions and document processes.
• Configure, test, and support Source to Pay applications including SAP Ariba, CIG, OpenText VIM, and Track.
• Develop expertise in the end-to-end procurement lifecycle to optimize processes and user experiences.
• Evaluate releases, perform testing, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to deliver value across Source to Pay processes.
• Support compliance, governance, and documentation to meet audit and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement through automation and modernization.
