Job summary

TPI Global Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to support the SAP ERP implementation lifecycle across Product, Quality, and NPI workstreams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will gather and validate requirements from BPOs/SMEs, document current and future state processes, and help drive design validation and testing.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, stakeholder collaboration, and familiarity with Agile delivery to ensure successful CTO/BTO processes and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar in supply chain processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA manufacturing, product master, and quality management processes preferred.
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting business processes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery.
• Experience supporting CTO/BTO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the SAP ERP implementation lifecycle across Product, Quality, and NPI workstreams.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from BPOs, SMEs, and key stakeholders.
• Create and maintain current-state and future-state business process documentation.
• Identify process gaps and support process redesign.
• Develop and execute test scripts and coordinate UAT.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams to reflect requirements in solution designs.
• Develop test documentation and support test planning, execution, and defect tracking in Jira/XRay.
• Ensure solution designs are thoroughly tested and validated.
• Support data migration, master data validation, and go-live readiness.
