Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience within the past 15 years in program management life cycle, OT&E, and field engineering best practices.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Be able to operate a PC with common business software programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and SharePoint.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
• Enter data into multiple databases accurately.
• Have TS/SCI clearance at time of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Requirements Officer by researching and analyzing requirements to validate proposed technical solutions during LOEs and field exercises.
• Develop project plans, test plans and briefs.
• Conduct data entry, maintain and update databases.
• Coordinate LOEs and field exercise planning and de-confliction.
• Provide written/verbal analysis of alternatives to meet objectives.
• Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare minutes.
• Monitor S&T development efforts and identify applicable technologies for new projects.
• Attend meetings, LOEs, and field exercises and produce After-Action Reports/trip reports.
• Provide admin support and SME for S&T, Requirements, and Resourcing efforts.
