Job summary

Infosys Poland is seeking a S&P Senior Process Executive with French for Łódź to support indirect and direct procurement activities. You will handle PR to PO processing, supplier follow-ups, and invoice resolution while partnering with business users and finance teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1 year in procurement operations, strong Excel skills, and fluency in French and English (C1). A background with SAP S/4HANA is a plus, and hybrid/remote work options are available in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, procurement, finance, or related field preferred.
• 1 year of experience in sourcing & procurement operations.
• Experience with PR to PO processing, expediting and supplier follow-up, blocked invoice resolution, PO management.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with procurement systems and ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of French and English at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage indirect and direct Purchase Requisitions in accordance with procedures and service levels.
• Create Purchase Orders for direct/indirect out of approved PR: validate source of supply, pricing, lead times.
• Manage order confirmation and follow up with suppliers for missing OC.
• Investigate, resolve, and follow up on blocked invoices with suppliers and finance teams.
• Identify and mitigate procurement or supply risks.
• Act as primary contact for business users and suppliers regarding orders and procurement queries.
• Build and sustain relationships with business users and suppliers.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sourcing & Procurement operations
• Practical experience in:
  • PR to PO processing
  • Expediting and supplier follow-up
  • Blocked invoice resolution
  • Purchase Order management
• Good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with procurement systems and ERP platforms
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage
• Excellent command of French and English, both written and verbal (minimum C1 level)

Your key activities:

• Process and manage indirect and direct Purchase Requisitions in accordance with established procedures and service levels
• Create Purchase Orders for direct/indirect out of approved PR: validate source of supply, pricing conditions, confirm lead times with supplier
• Manage order confirmation and actively follow up with suppliers for missing OC
• Investigate, resolve, and follow up on blocked invoices in collaboration with suppliers, business stakeholders, and finance teams
• Proactively identify and escape potential procurement or supply risks
• Act as a primary point of contact for business users & suppliers regarding order status, delivery commitments, invoice issues, and procurement queries
• Build and sustain positive working relationships with business users & suppliers
