speakit is seeking a proactive Polish-speaking Operational Buyer to join its Procurement & Supply Chain Hub. You will manage day-to-day purchasing, process PRs into POs using ERP systems, and coordinate with suppliers across Europe to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates will be native or proficient in Polish with strong English, experience in procurement or supply chain operations, and proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifikationen

On behalf of our global client, a leading multinational enterprise, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Polish-Speaking Operational Buyer to join their growing Procurement & Supply Chain Hub. In this role, you will manage day-to-day purchasing activities, process purchase requisitions and ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions (PRs) into purchase orders (POs) efficiently using ERP systems.
• Communicate directly with suppliers across Europe to confirm delivery schedules, pricing, and quantities.
• Monitor open purchase orders, track order status, and resolve delivery delays or invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor master data and support supplier performance tracking and quality management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, logistics teams, and finance departments to streamline procurement workflows.
• Assist in negotiating short-term contracts and standard purchase terms with local and regional vendors.

• Native or C1/C2 proficiency in Polish (written and verbal).
• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
• Previous experience in Operational Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Operations is considered an asset.
• Proficiency in ERP systems along with strong Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end procure-to-pay processes and vendor management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
