Job summary

Base Power Company is seeking a Master Planner to own the master production schedule and drive aligned plans across marketing, sales, deployments, manufacturing, and supply chain. You will collaborate with software and finance teams to balance capacity, inventory, and demand, and you will build tooling and dashboards to enable proactive planning.

The role requires owning the production schedule for current and upcoming product generations, with hands-on responsibility for scheduling, capacity

Qualifications

• Own master production schedule and planning function.
• Analyze plans versus actuals; identify constraints and root causes.
• Write software requirements and collaborate with engineers to implement needs.
• Influence and align cross-functional teams across manufacturing, supply chain, deployments, software, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational plan of record at daily grain.
• Consolidate material, deployments, and manufacturing plans into a single master plan.
• Run S&OP cadence with planners.
• Review plan vs actuals and resolve constraints.
• Own production scheduling as an individual contributor.
• Build and update master production schedule by line, component, and day.
