Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process through data analysis, reporting automation, and production scheduling coordination.

The role partners with Operations, Sales, Customer Service and Planning teams to align demand, capacity, inventory and production priorities, turning data into actionable insights that improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or marketing required.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, customer care, finance or marketing.
• Strong analytical and influencing skills; customer experience-focused.

Responsibilities

• Implement and track key performance metrics to measure the impact of customer experience initiatives.
• Drive reporting and analytics with cross-functional teams in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Warehouse Operations, Transportation and Customer Service.
• Assist in development of corrective action plans with Supply Chain to address service issues.
• Monitor and report Supply Chain performance against KPIs and customer scorecards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines across teams.
• Collaborate to establish best practices for forecasting, inventory levels, and service levels.
