TBC Corporation is seeking a Sales & Operations Planning Analyst to support the monthly S&OP process by developing analytics, preparing executive-level reporting, and coordinating cross-functional planning activities. The role involves analyzing supply chain, inventory, demand, and financial data to support informed business decisions.

The S&OP Analyst will partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Product Marketing, Finance, Transportation, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• 2–5 years in supply chain, demand/supply planning, or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and lookups.
• Experience presenting data-driven insights to leaders.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate monthly S&OP process meetings and follow-up.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting packages.
• Analyze demand, supply, inventory, and financial metrics for trends.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to improve visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights.
• Monitor inventory health metrics and perform variance analyses.
