Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting or analytics.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Empower the business to make decisions through analytics and reporting.
• Shared ownership of category/brand lane forecasts and results.
• Gather, analyze, report, and recommend actions related to customer demand, inventory availability and item-level forecasting.
• Integrate customer POS data and forecasts into the master forecast.
• Collaborate with sales, inventory, engineering and marketing to share insights and drive improvements.
• Become an expert user in the company’s forecasting software.
• Maintain safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement in forecasting processes.
