Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking an S&OP Analyst in Michigan to drive the monthly planning cycle, align demand and supply, and optimize inventory across multiple warehouses. You will collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance to deliver accurate forecasts and actionable insights.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in supply chain management, with strong Excel skills and ERP/MRP/WMS experience. Hybrid work model with on-site attendance at the Troy facility is offered.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the monthly S&OP cycle: demand forecast, supply planning, consensus plan.
• Analyze supply/demand gaps and propose action plans to close imbalances.
• Monitor inventory health across warehouses and prepare workplans for timely delivery.
• Prepare and present S&OP reports including KPI dashboards.
