Qualifications

• 5+ years in S&OP, supply chain, scheduling, manufacturing, or data science.
• Strong strategic agility connecting data and assumptions.
• High analytical ability with complex planning problems.
• Cross-functional communication and facilitation across locations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft or Google office applications.
• Willing to travel 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Support the shift toward a unified, system-led S&OP process.
• Define assumptions, planning logic, constraints, metrics, and decision rules.
• Translate inputs into structured scenario definitions.
• Build and evaluate scenario models for what-if conditions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product, and Finance.
• Assist with testing new system capabilities and data exchange.
• Develop analytics and executive-ready summaries.
• Build reporting via Excel, BI tools, or system outputs.
