Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Manager, S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) to steer near-term performance by balancing demand, supply capabilities, and inventory health. You will partner across Demand Planning, Customer Service, Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Planning to mitigate risks and drive actions that improve service and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field
• 2-5 years in Demand Planning or IBP in CPG environment
• Experience in supply/demand planning, logistics, procurement, manufacturing
• Strong data translation to business insights
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Cross-functional collaboration and alignment skills
• End-to-end decision making

Responsibilities

• Manage 0-13 week operational process including sales requests and supply challenges
• Act as liaison between demand team and customer service
• Review readiness for key customer programs
• Lead monthly cross-functional write-off meetings
• Lead allocation process on constrained lines
• Drive decisions across operating plan tension points
• Perform finished goods age analysis across categories
• Identify at-risk inventory and communicate with supply chain teams
• Analyze root causes of aging and write-off avoidance
