Hood Packaging Corporation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for our Hamlet facility. This on-site role will oversee HR programs, including health & safety, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compensation & benefits.

The position requires in-depth knowledge of company policies and employment laws as well as the ability to administer a broad range of HR services to support a productive workforce.
