Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a Training Project Manager & WalkMe Implementation Lead (Level 6) for a 7-month contract in Tampa, FL. The role balances WalkMe implementation with broader training project management across multiple channels to enable user readiness and adoption during the S/4HANA transformation.

The ideal candidate has hands-on project management experience in finance/operations tech, with a technology-first mindset and ability to connect business needs with IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience supporting training project management, change management, or large-scale system implementations.
• Familiarity with WalkMe and ERP training concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of the integrated S/4HANA training plan across multiple channels (ILT, eLearning, job aids, knowledge articles, communications).
• Manage training workplans, milestones, dependencies, content development timelines, and readiness activities.
• Track curriculum development, deployment and adoption readiness milestones; escalate risks and gaps as needed.
• Coordinate end-to-end WalkMe delivery including Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers and in-application guidance components.
• Translate business processes into WalkMe deliverables and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Partner with SMEs, E2E leads, change management, training teams and stakeholders to validate needs and channel strategy.
