Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced information security and compliance specialist to lead SAP S/4HANA security design, governance, and automation across a multi-region environment.

You will partner with SAP Basis, IAM, Cybersecurity, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to implement role architecture, SoD controls, GRC, and secure operations while enabling transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of SAP Security experience with S/4HANA.
• Strong design and implementation experience for SAP roles and authorization models.
• Experience with S/4HANA transformation and security modernization.
• Experience in a large, global, multi-operating-company environment.
• Experience implementing AI-based automation for operational efficiency.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer SAP roles based on least privilege and risk-based access.
• Lead SAP Security activities for S/4HANA transformation and modernization.
• Configure SAP GRC Access Control and conduct SoD/risk analyses.
• Collaborate with IAM, Cybersecurity, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders.
• Partner with SAP Basis and infrastructure teams on vulnerability management and hardening.
• Leverage SAP Joule and SAP Business AI to automate security activities.
