Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced Information Security and Compliance Specialist focused on SAP security for S/4HANA transformations. You will design, implement, and govern secure SAP access and roles across multiple regions and operating companies.

The role requires strong expertise in SAP GRC, SoD, vulnerability management, and enterprise IAM integrations, collaborating with cyber security, audit, and business teams to deliver sustainable security capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of SAP Security experience with S/4HANA.
• Strong experience designing SAP roles and authorization models.
• Experience in global, multi-operating-company environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Security activities for S/4HANA transformation and modernization.
• Design scalable SAP security architecture for multi-region environments.
• Partner with IAM, Cybersecurity, and Audit to implement secure SAP access models.
• Configure SAP GRC and SoD analyses and support access reviews.
• Collaborate with Basis and infrastructure teams on vulnerability management and hardening.
