Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Security Engineer IV to lead SAP Security, IAM, and GRC operations within the Retail Spine transformation. You will design SAP roles, manage SoD controls, and drive audit readiness across SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and integrated systems in a large retail IT landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP Security and SAP GRC experience.
• Strong SAP role design, SoD, Firefighter, GRC, and audit/compliance knowledge.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, HANA, Fiori, and SAP BTP.
• Experience partnering with System Integrators and multi-vendor delivery.
• Knowledge of SOX, PCI, GDPR, and enterprise security standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational SAP Security and GRC support.
• Own SAP role design standard and SoD framework governance.
• Define IAM integration standards including SSO, MFA, Azure AD federation.
• Support SAP GRC operations: Access Control, Firefighter, reviews, monitoring.
• Own audit readiness for SOX, PCI, GDPR, and internal/external audits.
• Ensure security across release lifecycle and vendor risk management.
• Collaborate with SAP Tech leadership to define secure patterns.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement in IAM and GRC.
