Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an Information Security professional to lead SAP security design, GRC, and role governance. You will own risk-based SAP access controls, drive security in S/4HANA programs, and collaborate with SAP leadership to maintain secure patterns.

The role covers SOX/audit readiness, SI/partner governance, and leadership during go-lives and cutovers, with a strong emphasis on compliance and risk management across processes and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP role design standards, including role catalog governance, segregation of duties frameworks, and access request workflows.
• Lead security workstreams for greenfield and brownfield S/4HANA programs through all project phases.
• Lead SAP GRC platform operations covering Access Control, Firefighter and Emergency Access Management processes, periodic access reviews, SoD conflict analysis, and continuous controls monitoring.
• Manage SOX, internal, and external audit readiness, including evidence management, risk logs, mitigation plans, and remediation tracking.
• Govern security deliverables of SI and vendor partners, ensuring secure solution design and timely risk escalation.
• Collaborate with SAP technical leadership and solution architects to define and maintain secure solution patterns aligned to the RISE platform.
• Provide security leadership during go-lives, cutovers, system refreshes, and environment provisioning, validating controls and mitigating risks.
