Job summary

Wayfair, a leader in e-commerce, seeks an accomplished SAP Architect to own the end-to-end S/4HANA architecture and roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy. You will lead the S/4HANA Finance (FICO) domain, defining scalable, compliant processes and a Clean Core mindset across global teams.

You will drive large transformation programs, upgrades, data architecture evolution, and AI/ML use cases via SAP BTP, while ensuring CI/CD-oriented delivery and strong governance across onshore/offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years SAP experience, incl. 8+ years in architecture roles
• Deep SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) expertise
• Proven upgrade and transformation project experience
• Experience with SAP BTP and data architecture in global environments
• Experience with high-volume integrations and non-SAP system interfaces
• Leadership of onshore/offshore delivery and architecture governance
• “Clean Core” mindset for maintainability

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA architecture and roadmap
• Lead architect for S/4HANA Finance (FICO)
• Define Clean Core standards and API-led integration
• Lead large-scale transformation programs and upgrades
• Identify AI/ML use cases using SAP BTP
• Govern platform health, ILM, and data management
• Own change, release, and transport management
• Advise Finance, Accounting, FP&A leaders
