Job summary

Wiley seeks an experienced SAP FI Functional Lead to steer the Finance workstream across ECC Consolidation and the S/4HANA migration programs. The role combines Finance, Technology, and Innovation, driving large-scale SAP implementations and future-ready solutions with SAP AI capabilities.

The successful candidate will lead functional design across GL, AP, AR, FA, taxes, and cost/profit center accounting, while partnering with executive leadership and external SI partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, IT, CS or related field; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years hands-on SAP FI experience across full lifecycle implementations.
• 3+ ECC or S/4HANA implementations; finance lead experience.
• Global multi-entity experience; working with C-level leaders and shared services.

Responsibilities

• Lead ECC to S/4HANA migration for SAP FI scope (GL, AP, AR, FA, taxes, cost and profit centers).
• Define financial solution architecture, data migration, and integrations with SD/MM/HR/Payroll and non-SAP systems.
• Engage senior stakeholders; provide status updates and governance input.
• Drive SAP AI and Joule initiatives within Finance; align with SAP strategy.
