Qualifications

10 to 15+ years of SAP data migration experience with a BS in sciences or engineering.
Subject Matter Expertise in SAP Migration Cockpit / MOM, BODS / SDI, LSMW, data profiling and cleansing.
Strong understanding of business processes, Solution Manager, and leading practices.
Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives and drive implementation roadmaps.
Ability to work through complex problems, manage ambiguity and teach others.

Responsibilities

Define Data Migration global vision, scope, and target architecture across rollout waves.
Lead fit-to-standard/gap workshops for master and transactional data conversion.
Design data migration framework: ETL toolset, staging, reconciliation, audit, and security.
Architect S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (MC) and MOM usage; ensure data quality workflows.
Plan rollout cutover loads, downtime, fallback, and hypercare reconciliations.
Drive continuous improvement backlog using KPIs and stakeholder alignment.
