Job summary

Databricks seeks an SAP Functional SME to own the blueprints for core finance processes on S/4HANA and to shape AI-augmented capabilities across the Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash domains.

You will lead discovery, AS-IS/TO-BE design, and serve as the bridge between Finance and Engineering to embed AI safely, with governance and auditable processes driving scalable automation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP functional consulting with a full S/4HANA lifecycle.
• Experience leading process discovery, mapping and mining using SAP Process Intelligence or similar tools.
• Strong governance mindset with SoD, SOX and audit awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end discovery and AS-IS/TO-BE design for core finance processes in S/4HANA.
• Configure S/4HANA in collaboration with engineering on extensions and integrations.
• Drive process intelligence to quantify ROI and prioritize improvements.
• Define AI-assisted and agentic automation requirements with governance and risk controls.
