Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks an experienced SAP data migration leader to architect end-to-end migration programs for S/4HANA transformations. You will define strategies, tooling, and governance for large-scale, multi-wave data moves across diverse modules.

You will mentor a team of consultants, engage client data owners and IT stakeholders to ensure data quality, and drive go-live readiness with risk-aware cutover plans and decisive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years SAP experience with 5+ years in lead data migration roles.
• 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, 2 with S/4HANA.
• 3+ years leading migrations using SAP-native tooling (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT).
• 5+ years managing cross-functional delivery teams in programs.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA transformations.
• Define migration methodology, tooling, and governance for large multi-wave programs.
• Design data migration objects, rules, transformation logic, and cutover sequencing.
• Oversee and mentor data migration consultants and developers across streams.
• Engage data owners, functional leads and IT stakeholders to align on data quality.
• Govern tool configuration and usage (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, Syniti).
• Lead rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live execution with risk management.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and capability uplift.
