Job summary

Talenzaa is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead in Charlotte, NC, onsite. The role requires 10–15+ years in SAP data migration with deep expertise in Migration Cockpit, MOM, BODS/SDI, LSMW, and data quality processes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define migration strategy, and drive design workshops to deliver successful S/4HANA rollouts. Travel and stakeholder management are expected as part of program leadership.

Qualifications

10 to 15+ years of SAP data migration experience with a bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering.
Subject Matter Expertise in SAP Migration Cockpit / MOM, BODS / SDI, LSMW, data profiling and cleansing tools.
Strong understanding of Business Processes, Solution Manager, and Leading practices.
Facilitating design sessions with groups and driving alignment.
Serve as the solution lead on strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work through complex problems and adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities

Define data migration strategy and target architecture across rollout waves.
Lead fit-to-standard/gap workshops for master and transactional data conversion.
Architect data quality, profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and stewardship workflows.
Lead reconciliation, cutover planning, and post go-live support.
Collaborate with project teams and client users to ensure alignment.
