Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP data migration leader to design enterprise-grade migration strategies for S/4HANA transformations, including greenfield, brownfield and SDT scenarios. You will set the architecture, governance, and cutover sequencing at scale.

You will lead end-to-end migration object design, transformation logic, and tool configuration while mentoring a team of consultants and coordinating with client data owners and IT stakeholders to ensure data quality and sign-off.

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP experience with at least 5 years in a lead data migration architect or data migration program lead role.
• 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, with at least 2 involving S/4HANA.
• 3+ years leading or architecting migrations using SAP-native tooling such as LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Define migration methodology, tooling selection, and governance across large-scale programs.
• Lead design of data migration objects, transformation logic, and cutover sequencing.
• Oversee and mentor data migration consultants and developers across workstreams.
• Drive engagement with data owners, functional leads, and IT for data quality and sign-off.
