Job summary

Compass Group, in partnership with Levy, is seeking a Suites Supervisor at Ryan Field to oversee premium suites and VIP hospitality. You will lead event staff, ensure service standards, and coordinate with catering and security to create a premium guest experience.

The role requires 1.5–2 years of supervisory hospitality experience, strong communication, and flexibility for evenings and weekends. Join a dynamic venue team delivering memorable events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5–2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, guest services, food and beverage, hotels, events, entertainment, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in premium hospitality, luxury hotels, clubs, suites, stadiums, arenas, conventions, or special events preferred

• Serve as a visible leader and point of contact for guests.

• Ensure compliance with venue policies and alcohol service regulations.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.

This role plays a critical leadership role in creating memorable guest experiences by leading team members, ensuring exceptional service standards, and maintaining seamless operations during events.
