Job summary

Levy Restaurants at Ryan Field is seeking a passionate Suites Supervisor to oversee luxury service within premium suites and VIP hospitality areas. This leadership role guides team members, ensuring exceptional service standards and seamless operations during events to create memorable guest experiences.

You will coordinate with catering, operations, security, and facilities, conduct pre-event briefings, coach staff, monitor staffing, and uphold safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality, guest services, or events.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Evening, weekend, holidays, and event-based availability.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Experience in premium hospitality, luxury venues, or events preferred.
• Food & beverage operations experience preferred.

• Serve as a visible leader and point of contact for guests.
• Foster a culture of hospitality and service excellence.

This role plays a critical leadership role in creating memorable guest experiences by leading team members, ensuring exceptional service standards, and maintaining seamless operations during events. At Ryan Field, we are building a world-class game day and event experience.and this role is instrumental in creating memorable moments for guests, donors, season ticket holders, sponsors, and visitors.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in premium hospitality, luxury hotels, clubs, suites, stadiums, arenas, conventions, or special events preferred
• Food and beverage operations experience preferred.
