CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team, driving store execution, leading a productive team, and strengthening customer service while ensuring safety and compliance. You will report to the Store Manager and contribute to overall store performance.

You will oversee sales, inventory, staffing, training, and development, with emphasis on leadership, accountability, and service excellence in a fast-paced retail setting.
