Qualifications

• Genuine epidemiology background with strong real-world evidence (RWE) expertise.
• Experience in non-interventional study (NIS) design, external control arms, evidence generation, and regulatory science.
• Oncology or rare disease experience is essential.
• Ability to operate across both strategic and hands-on execution work.
• Strong communication to simplify dense methodological material for varied audiences.
• Comfort collaborating with senior product and clinical development stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead RWE strategy and end-to-end execution for rare tumour assets.
• Design and scope non-interventional studies (NIS), defining endpoints and evidence questions.
• Own external control arm strategy and evidence generation.
• Source, evaluate and select vendors to support studies.
• Lead regulatory-facing interactions and evidence generation with regulatory and clinical development teams.
• Present project strategy to global product team leaders and heads.
• Translate complex RWE concepts into clear input for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with adjacent quantitative functions in a flat-structured environment.
