Job summary

You will lead studies using claims, EMR, registries, and federated data networks, with opportunity to contribute to AI/ML/NLP methods and external scientific representation.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of RWE experience in pharma, biotech or CRO.
• Master’s or PhD in Epidemiology, Public Health, HEOR, Biostatistics, or related field.
• Experience designing and leading studies using secondary RWD—claims, EMR, registries.
• Proven ability to independently develop and execute global RWE strategies.
• Strong understanding of drug development and cross-functional evidence generation.
• Experience with regulatory or payer submissions/interactions preferred.
• Background in Oncology, Neurology, or Immunology is a plus.
• Publications, conference presentations, advisory work or RWE thought leadership valued.
• HTA, PROs, AI/ML/NLP, vendor management, and budget oversight advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the RWE strategy for a high-priority global product/program.
• Collaborate with Global Program Teams and senior stakeholders to influence development decisions.
• Lead sophisticated RWE studies using diverse data sources and federated networks.
• Represent RWE externally through regulatory interactions, conferences and publications.
• Shape RWE methodology and strategy, including AI/ML/NLP opportunities.
