Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in Health Sciences or related field.
• 3 years experience in Real World Evidence.
• Experience in clinical development or regulatory decision-making preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership in a global matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify clinical needs from RWE projects and frame generation activities.
• Develop project roadmaps for the portfolio and contribute to platform strategy.
• Lead data strategy for R&D access to datasets and ensure proper modalities.
• Engage with external policy groups and regulators (FDA/EMA).
• Manage RWE Leads and foster a community of analytics translators.
