Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Clinical Development RWE Portfolio Head to drive a portfolio of Real World Evidence projects across functions and therapeutic areas, leveraging RWE platforms, data and assets to support clinical development and regulatory decisions.

You will lead project leads, coordinate with platform heads, interact with external policy groups and regulatory teams, and ensure evidence generation from discovery to publication and submission.

Qualifications

• PhD in Health Sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of Real World Evidence experience.
• Strong communication and leadership in a multinational, matrix environment.
• Experience with RWE, data analytics and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Identify clinical needs from RWE projects across functions and therapeutic areas.
• Frame RWE generation activities in line with Clinical Development strategy.
• Develop project roadmaps and lead data strategy for R&D access to datasets.
• Coordinate RWE Leads and ensure dissemination of study outputs to support Clinical Development objectives.
• Engage with external policy groups and regulatory teams to drive adoption of RWE.
