Job summary

You will lead study design, data sources, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality evidence for regulatory, market access and clinical use. Based in Morristown, NJ or Cambridge, MA, you will mentor teams, manage budgets, and publish findings while advancing innovative RWE designs.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in pharmaco-epidemiology, biostatistics, or Health Outcomes (PhD preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in real-world evidence (RWE) generation for pharmaceutical industry with end to end leadership.
• Strong publication track record in relevant journals.
• Experience across therapeutic areas, including transplant, diabetes, and cardiovascular.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end RWE strategy for autoimmune type 1 diabetes and teplizumab.
• Plan, execute and communicate specific RWE studies on time and within budget.
• Provide strategic scientific input from design to report development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose data.
• Serve as methodological expert for study designs and analytics.
