Job summary

Sanofi US is seeking a Real World Evidence Strategy Lead to shape global RWE programs across GenMed and Specialty Care. Based in Morristown, NJ (with Cambridge, MA collaboration), you will translate medical needs into rigorous real‑world evidence to inform regulatory, access and medical decisions.

You will lead end‑to‑end RWE studies, build data strategies, partner with Global Medical Leads, HEVA, and cross‑functional teams, and steward budgets while advancing a world‑class RWE capability at

Qualifications

Advanced degree in pharmacoepidemiology or related field required.
PhD preferred; business/management education desirable.

Responsibilities

Establish RWE strategy for global franchise and lifecycle indications.
Lead end-to-end execution of real-world studies from concept to publication.
Collaborate with Global Medical Leads, HEVA, and cross-functional teams to align evidence strategy.
Develop data strategy and TA insights to support regulatory and market access decisions.
Budget for real-world studies and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Represent Sanofi’s RWE capabilities externally, including science congresses and regulators.
