Qualifications

• Advanced degree in pharmaco-epidemiology, biostatistics, Health Outcomes, or equivalent discipline.
• At least 10 years real-world evidence generation in pharma.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and leadership within global teams.

Responsibilities

• Build the asset/brand RWE strategy in alignment with global disease area strategy and translate medical needs into evidence requirements.
• Accountable for supporting GenMed medical gaps within the Global Integrated Evidence Generation Plans (IEGP).
• Develop data strategy enabling the realization of the evidence strategy and assess data availability and suitability.
• Lead end-to-end execution of real-world studies ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery with scientific rigor.

Education
