Job summary

Straive is seeking an Account Lead/Manager with deep RWD, healthcare analytics, and AI experience to drive growth for major life sciences accounts. You will be the primary commercial owner, expanding relationships, securing renewals, and identifying new opportunities by aligning capabilities with client objectives.

You will collaborate with delivery managers and data science teams to translate goals into impactful data initiatives, while monitoring account health, retention, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT/Tech account management or consulting roles.
• 5+ years in RWD, healthcare analytics, or life sciences data solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data pipelines and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Own account P&L, retention, and expansion targets.
• Align RWD/AI capabilities with client business objectives to drive growth.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
