Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager for Real-World Data Strategy in the United States. The role leads end-to-end RWD initiatives, spanning data landscapes, partnerships, governance, and AI-enabled analytics, in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.

You will drive AI-native workflows, pilot Claude Code, manage external data sources, and design scalable data products for researchers, developers, and HEOR teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Data/Analytics, Epidemiology, or Public Health (required).
• Master's degree (MPH, MBA, Biostatistics, or Data Science) preferred.
• 4–5 years in data, analytics, real-world evidence, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with real-world data sources (claims, EHR, registries, labs, PROs).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RWD initiative execution with milestones and owners.
• Pilot and embed AI/ML tools into RWD workflows and pipelines.
• Onboard external RWD sources and manage data access governance.
• Design scalable data products for internal customers and drive adoption.
