Job description

Growing and leading digital health platform company dedicated to helping health plans, employers, providers, and patients navigate the physical, mental, and financial complexities of cancer through technology enabled services is looking for a Sales Leader to add to their team.

The RVP of Health Plan Sales is responsible for achieving revenue goals established for the assigned territory by producing new account prospecting and demonstrating the value of the company’s solutions and services. This is a full sales life-cycle role with adding net new logos as well as growing existing clients ongoing relationship.

  • Effectively manage the sales cycle from lead generation, solution design, and contracting to implementation
  • Establish a strategy for gaining and maintaining access to senior health plan executives
  • Market awareness and relationship building

Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 50% as necessary
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or other similar background or relevant experience required. MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • 8+ years demonstrated experience and ability in developing and executing highly sophisticated appropriate and effective sales and marketing presentations tailored to a variety of healthcare audience
  • Expert presentation abilities, advanced business communication skills, highly organized, able to use resources to solve problems, able to work effectively in a mostly remote environment, and active listening skills
