General RV Center in Indiana is seeking a Warranty Bay Technician to support RV adjustments, repairs, and recording issues with an iPad on the PDI line.

You will analyze root causes, document complaints, train teammates, and serve as a backup to testing and inspection roles, with opportunities to earn RVTI certifications.

Qualifications

• RVTI certifications and/or RV production experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient training skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• RV adjustments, repairs, and recording RV issues with an iPad.
• Analyze root causes of production-related issues and develop corrective action individually or collaboratively.
• Document complaints and causes for off-line warranty needs.
• Work with PDI Leads to communicate fails on the PDI Line.
• Serve as a backup Warranty bay technician.
• Earn training in RVTI certifications.
• Learn and understand multiple PDI stations.
• Support the organization as a functional backup to test and inspection roles.
• Provide associate functional/inspection training as needed.
