Job summary

General RV is seeking a Warranty/Quality Technician in Bristol, TN to perform RV adjustments, repairs, and record issues with an iPad. The role includes analyzing root causes, documenting warranty-related complaints, and collaborating with PDI Leads to communicate fails on the PDI Line.

Candidates should have RVTI certifications and/or RV production experience, strong communication, training skills, and the ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• RV adjustments, repairs, and recording of RV issues with an iPad.
• Analyze root causes of production-related issues and develop corrective action either individually or collaboratively
• Document complaints and cause for off-line warranty needs
• Work with PDI Leads to communicate fails on the PDI Line
• Serve as a backup Warranty bay technician
• Earn training in RVTI certifications
• Learn and understand multiple PDI stations
• Support the organization as a functional backup to test and inspection roles
• Provide associate functional/inspection training as needed
