Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking an experienced Insurance Agent to support customers with insurance solutions for RVs, boats, motorcycles, and automobiles. The role interfaces with Sales, F&I, and Service teams to provide guidance, timely service, and appropriate coverage options.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and focused on growing long-term client relationships while delivering a smooth customer experience. Florida license and relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred for career growth.
• Strong communication and client service skills are essential.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based systems and agency management software (Applied Systems experience preferred).
• Understanding underwriting guidelines and risk management principles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete insurance applications and documentation accurately.
• Quote, bind, and service policies in compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Generate new insurance business through referrals and cross-selling.
• Maintain client records, policy documents, renewals, and follow-ups.
• Assist policyholders with claims support and loss guidance.
• Educate clients on coverage options and risk management.
• Follow agency processes, renewals, and compliance tracking.
• Attend meetings and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with Sales and F&I teams to improve customer experience.
